At Pomodori, we only uses olive oil.

What’s one moment that made you especially proud of your work?
A moment we are especially proud of was when Her Majesty Queen Rania visited our booth at one of the farmers’ markets and personally tasted our products. Her visit was a meaningful recognition of our commitment to quality, authenticity, and local craftsmanship — and it encouraged us to keep growing our homemade brand with pride and passion.
How do you ensure quality and consistency in what you make?
Ingredient Selection: We source only high-quality, fresh, and locally grown tomatoes and ingredients. Each batch is inspected for ripeness, color, and taste before processing to guarantee consistent flavor and texture.
Standardized Process: The drying, seasoning, and preservation methods follow a precise, documented process — including temperature, drying time, and seasoning ratios — to ensure every batch delivers the same rich taste and texture.
Hygiene and Safety: All products are prepared in a clean, controlled environment following strict hygiene practices. We use sterilized equipment and food-grade packaging to maintain freshness and safety.
Small-Batch Production: Producing in small batches allows close supervision of quality, ensuring each jar meets our standards before it reaches customers. Consistent Taste Testing and feedback from customers.

Our brand aims to bring authentic, high-quality homemade flavors to the Jordanian community — products that are made with care, using natural ingredients and traditional Italian methods. Beyond just selling products, we aim to promote mindful eating and local craftsmanship, supporting local farmers and encouraging appreciation for homemade, preservative-free foods.
