How do you want customers to feel when they eat your desserts?
Like they’ve just escaped to Rome for a moment—comforted, a little nostalgic, and completely immersed in the pleasure of something honest and handmade. Every spoon should feel familiar yet unforgettable.
What does a day in your kitchen look like?
It starts early, quietly—eggs being pasteurized by hand, mascarpone being whisked to the perfect texture, espresso brewing in the background. Every batch is made fresh, measured by instinct as much as precision. By midday, the kitchen smells like coffee and sugar, and by evening, the fridge is full of trays waiting to make someone’s day sweeter.
How do you see your brand evolving in the next few years?
We’ll stay true to our roots—authentic, handmade, and grounded in tradition, but continue to add new flavors and variations that reinterpret what tiramisù can be. And one day soon, we hope to open our own café—a place where people can sit, slow down, and experience Monti exactly as it’s meant to be enjoyed.

Orders need to be placed one day in advance, as everything is made fresh to order. We deliver between Wednesday and Saturday, ensuring every tiramisù leaves the kitchen at its best.
