How does your brand reflect your personal philosophy or vision?
My brand is really just an extension of who I am. I love creating things that make people happy. Chocolate has always felt like a little moment of joy, and I wanted to share that feeling with others. Everything I make is done with care, honesty, and a genuine love for the craft. I’ve trained with one of the finest academies, but I still put a lot of “me” into every piece.
How would you describe your brand in three words?
Rich. Genuine. Delicious.
How do you hope people feel when tasting your chocolates?
I hope they feel indulged in the best way. I want people to take a bite and feel a little moment of comfort, happiness, and “wow.” If my chocolates can brighten someone’s day even a little, then I’ve done what I set out to do.

How do you approach the art of chocolate-making?
I approach it with a mix of passion and curiosity. My French training gave me the foundation, but I still experiment, taste, tweak, and have fun with it. I love playing with flavors and textures, and I take my time with every batch. For me, chocolate-making is both a craft and a joy.
What’s the best feedback you’ve ever received from a customer?
One customer told me, “Your chocolates taste like Heaven.” That meant everything to me. Hearing that my chocolates bring people happiness or remind them of a special memory is the best part of what I do.
